Shella Bella is a Marketplace for Sellers to advertise their products at a small fee payable to us (the fee will only be taken on fulfilled orders.
Our customers have peace of mind to pay via card or EFT direct to us and we will not pay a Seller until we have proof of your package being sent out.
We want to make sure customers are not scammed and therefore we do not pay any Seller before tracking has been received
If you are not happy with your product please let us know and we will take it up with the Seller to resolve the dispute
We try and get amazing offers for you on products and give you a support system you can rely on
We offer payment options through payfast and payflex as well as Direct Transfers.
