Refund & Returns Policies

At Shella Bella our main aim is to keep our customers happy and therefore we will try our best to achieve that.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days from date of receipt of goods. If 5 days have passed, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, but we are willing to negotiate something else.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The personal gift items will be looked into and we will see how we can keep you happy with these, due to the fact that they are personalized with your own images etc.

The Personal gifts images and wording will be from your images and even though we will do our best to ensure that we make the image look as good as possible (trying to remove blurring, red eye etc.) but the ultimate image appearance will be as per your upload and we cannot be held liable for that. We will contact you should the image be unusable.

To complete your return, we require your order number on which you placed your order.

Please do not send your purchase back to us until such time as we have approved return. If you are not happy with the product (dependent on the reason) we will send courier for collection, in the event of it being a personal gift, we have the original product image on the website and believe that you should not have any problem with them, as they are as you see them and therefore they will need to be returned to us at your own cost.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Personal items, which you will need to return at your own cost
  • Fragrances, if a certain amount of usage is noted
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Refunds will only be done on the amount paid by yourself and not on the regular price

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should send your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
