Shipping:

  • We ship using The Courier Guy to your door or Locker (PUDO)
  • The Shipping options are listed at checkout
  • Shipping costs will be shown once your address is added at checkout
  • In some cases items are not held in stock and need to ordered and could therefore take 2 to 3 days longer to dispatch from our side
  • Items that are in stock will be sent out with 2-3 days from our PE Office
  • Handcrafted Fragrances will be sent out from Cape Town within 2-3 days
  • Items that are able to be delivered or collected in PE we can do for you

Returns & Refunds:

  • Should you not be happy with an item you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery
  • All items that are returned have to be in same order as sent out before any refunds will be done
  • Refunds may hold a 10% handling fee on certain items
  • The return courier cost will be for your account unless agreed otherwise by us
  • Items made for events in bulk cannot be returned or refunded once item has been made (As these are made specifically for you and will not be bought by anyone else)
  • On event items a 50% deposit will be accepted instead of full payment (Full payment will be due on delivery in PE), if outside PE then full payment needs to be done before shipping will take place
