Local Items and items made by Shella Bella:
Shipping:
- We ship using The Courier Guy to your door or Locker (PUDO)
- The Shipping options are listed at checkout
- Shipping costs will be shown once your address is added at checkout
- In some cases items are not held in stock and need to ordered and could therefore take 2 to 3 days longer to dispatch from our side (These apply to local sourced items)
- Items that are in stock will be sent out with 2-3 days from our PE Office
- Items that are able to be delivered or collected in PE we can do for you
Returns & Refunds:
- Should you not be happy with an item you may return it to us within 7 days of delivery
- All items that are returned have to be in same order as sent out before any refunds will be done
- Refunds may hold a 10% handling fee on certain items
- The return courier cost will be for your account unless agreed otherwise by us
- Items made for events in bulk cannot be returned or refunded once item has been made (As these are made specifically for you and will not be bought by anyone else) – This also includes print on demand items
- All items paid with Payfast or Payflex will be refunded via the gateway and will also incur the transaction charges on your side
- If a item that you have ordered has sold out in the meantime then we will let you know and do a refund to your card or EFT (depending on which method you used)
